Do I need to book?

Yes, you need to book for every session. As we have limited spaces per class its important to book for the best experience.

Do the classes cater for ALL fitness levels?

Yes, our professional trainers can scale the workout to suit everyone. Its doesn’t matter if you feel you are an elite athlete or a novice you will enjoy it.

Can I use the gym as well?

Yes, you can come and use the gym any time you like. If you miss a class don’t miss out on your workout too. Swipe in and enjoy the gym access
